How do you know about "Erase all content and settings" on iPhone?

When we pass our iPhone to our little sister or sell them, we may want to erase our iPhone by erasing all content and settings. But will it erase iPhone data permanently? How do you know about “Erase all content and settings” on iPhone?

We can easily erase all content and settings by going to Setting--General--Reset--Erase all content and settings, but the iPhone data can be easily restored with some third-party iOS data recovery software, like iRefone, which can recover more than 16 kinds of files, like contacts, notes, messages, photos, WeChat messages, WhatsApp messages ect. Also it can extract data from iTunes and iCloud backup selectively, and it allows you to preview them before restoring.

Now you can download and install the free trial version to have a try.

Restore erased data from iPhone

Step 1. Run iRefone, connect your iPhone with PC, choose “Recover from iOS Device”, click “Start”.

Step 2. Then we’ll enter the new interface with many data icon and media icon that iRefone can recover, click “WeChat Contact” icon for example, and it’ll be scanned by the software.

Step 3. Wait a few seconds for scanning and analyzing, then you can preview and choose WeChat contacts you need, tap on “Recover to PC”.
